Hello,

My name is Grace Erwin, and I am currently a senior at George Washington University, graduating in May 2025.

During my time as a Journalism major at GW, I have garnered experience in news reporting, feature writing, interviewing, AP Style and more. I have also interned at NBC5 Chicago in the digital department, and at Venable LLP in the communications sector.

My work has been published on NBC National, NBC5 Chicago, Rewire News Group and Planet Forward.

I have always had a passion for storytelling through features, as well as reporting news. Throughout my various internships and class assignments, I have been able to reach vast audiences and provide information about local news and national events.

During my time at NBC5, I reported on local Chicago news as well as the Paris Olympics and the presidential election.

My body of work showcases my ability to interview sources and write digestible, compelling content to inform audiences of the events in their communities and around the country.
